Video and Instructional
An area I love working in is in the creation of instructional materials and video walk-thrus. Here I get to outline and produce animations that can illustrate quickly what the interested party or user can do in the system to get the most from it. Obviously there will never be a way to completely remove a learning curve from every activity or process. And in those cases, learning videos show the customer that they are important and so is their confidence, efficiency and success.
