As a designer you constantly tell yourself, "What have you done for me lately?" Then you look at all the great portfolio sites out there and you are humbled.

Website Development

I have strong skills in site planning. I know the pulse of the site visitor. Not that I know what they definitely will do every time, but my intuition for what visitors care about has been correct time and again. It also helps that listen to what the statistical tools tell me. Both are important. I can tell you where your site should probably go, and at what point it goes overboard.

It's also important to remember and implement the Disney-style "surprise" where it matters, and still keep perspective on what 90% of what people will actually be doing on your site.

Aries Company - created in 2010. Custom WordPress template with extensive product catalog. Integrated Live Chat app and Javascript megamenu. Ongoing SEO work raised results to first page of Google and helped bring Aries to a 60% increase in business.

Greater Kansas City Japan Festival - Annual cultural event to bring Japanese culture to the midwest. Website features online schedules, embedded program, featured performers, photo galleries, videos and ticket sales.

Celebrate Recovery - Non-profit organization helping Maryland with a 12 step substance recovery program. Site is used to promote the program's effectiveness and fundraising through sponsorship.

Sharing Healthy Experiences - 2009 custom WordPress design for tween and teen girls anti-bullying program. Digital, print work and assistance with planning.
